NFL: Customized Valentine's Day Cards

In an attempt to energize the NFL Social Lab and jumpstart our social interactions, an idea was born: custom Valentine's Day cards for our followers, inspired by their favorite player. So we put out a prompt, asked for submissions, and turned a hashtag into a trending moment: #NFLMakesValentines.

For a few hours, my team and a handful of NFL illustrators pumped out personalized Valentine's Day cards in real-time, as requests flooded our replies.
